            My career started at a house builder where I started working as a new graduate.
            I joined the company as a complete amateur in both housing and real estate, and learned the basics of home building while assisting customers as a sales representative.
            At a design office, I was involved in the launch of a new brand that aimed to create detached houses with high design and quality by combining a “design office and construction company.” In the process of creating homes without a manual, I learned about the backside of home construction, where many people are involved.
            At a real estate consulting company, I worked as a coordinator overseeing a multi-year project from planning to completion of a freely designed housing complex (cooperative house).
            I have business experience in custom-built housing, existing renovations (detached houses and condominiums),and brokerage of land and building ,making me a relatively rare career holder who understands both real estate and architecture!
            When choosing a house, we tend to focus on the value of the land and building as real estate,
