Professional Qualifications:
Licensed Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Consulting Master
I entered the construction industry at the age of 25, gaining experience in all aspects, from sales and design of residential, commercial, office, and landscaping projects to their construction. I have developed a keen interest in global architecture and explored architectural projects primarily in Asia and North America. I have even imported building materials from places like Bali, Thailand, Canada, and the United States for construction projects. While my initial pursuit was to learn from good architecture worldwide to build good homes in Japan, I eventually found that the true essence of building a great home is to align with the values of the client. This finding led me to act as a real estate producer, who serves as a representative of my clients, helping them visualize, actualize, and realize their dreams. The balance of real estate, construction, and finance is so important in building quality homes, and I have a deep understanding of all these aspects. My mission is to support clients to “lead a joyful life every day” with my knowledge and experience.
I have undertaken numerous real estate productions, including houses, apartments, new constructions, and renovations. The only exceptions are large-scale buildings that require general contractor involvement. A real estate producer is similar to a film producer, where I conceptualize, target, budget, script, and cast the project. Depending on the concept and circumstances, I oversee everything from home plans to interior design and construction supervision.
While my core passion lies in real estate and architecture, in a nutshell, I consider myself a caring person, who supports clients to find their ideal homes.
The complexity of purchasing real estate in Japan, especially the complexity of construction, cannot be overstated. Japan has a wide variety of construction methods, structures, and insulation techniques, with a lot of construction companies. The recommended real estate options vary greatly depending on the type of home you are looking for. Many Japanese real estate agents are not well-versed in construction, so please be cautious.
