• Graduated from Kunitachi College of Music, majoring in string, wind, and percussion instruments with a horn major.
• After graduating from Kunitachi College of Music, she entered the real estate industry because she had difficulties finding a room for a musician while she was a student.

She has gained experience at several real estate agencies and is currently consulting with a wide range of people, including musicians, working adults who enjoy music as a hobby, and owners of properties where musical instruments are allowed.

Satoshi Omori

• Qualifications: Real Estate Transaction Agent, Certified Property Manager, PLM certified by the Risk Management Association of Japan, non-life insurance solicitor. 

I have been in the real estate industry since I graduated.
I have a wide range of brokerage experience, including condominiums, detached houses, land, and investment properties.
When I was working for a trust bank-affiliated brokerage firm, I also experienced corporate sales, so I have experience in not only individual brokerage but also corporate brokerage (brokerage for business use).
Most recently, I worked for a rental property management company.
I have experience in both sales and rental, which is surprisingly rare in the industry, so I can provide a wide range of support. I can provide a wide range of support.

My career started at a house builder where I started working as a new graduate.
I joined the company as a complete amateur in both housing and real estate, and learned the basics of home building while assisting customers as a sales representative.
At a design office, I was involved in the launch of a new brand that aimed to create detached houses with high design and quality by combining a “design office and construction company.” In the process of creating homes without a manual, I learned about the backside of home construction, where many people are involved.
At a real estate consulting company, I worked as a coordinator overseeing a multi-year project from planning to completion of a freely designed housing complex (cooperative house).
I have business experience in custom-built housing, existing renovations (detached houses and condominiums),and brokerage of land and building ,making me a relatively rare career holder who understands both real estate and architecture!
